Why is the VIP Pearl Club temporarily pausing?
We’re preparing to launch a brand-new website and a refreshed, more rewarding VIP Pearl Club program. To make that happen smoothly, the current rewards program will take a short break from May 1 to June 1, 2025.
Can I still earn points during this time?
Yes! You’ll continue to earn points and make progress toward your VIP tier on every purchase made in May. We’ll track everything for you, no need to lift a finger!
Will I be able to redeem or view my rewards in May?
During the pause (May 1–June 1), you won’t be able to redeem or view your points or VIP tier. But don’t worry, all your rewards will be safely carried over and updated in the new system.
Will my May purchases count toward my rewards?
Absolutely! Every eligible purchase you make during the month of May will count toward your points and VIP status. Your progress will be reflected once the new program goes live.
Will anything change at checkout?
Nope! Your shopping experience will stay exactly the same. You can browse, buy, and enjoy your pearls just like always.
Do I need to do anything during this time?
No action needed! We’re taking care of everything in the background. Your rewards activity will be automatically updated and ready when the new system launches.
When will the new website and loyalty program be live?
The big reveal happens on June 1, 2025! That’s when you’ll see our upgraded website and enjoy the enhanced VIP Pearl Club.
Will I get more information about the new rewards program?
Yes! We’ll be sharing full details about the upgraded loyalty experience when it launches. Get ready for more perks and surprises!
Will I lose any of my existing points or VIP status?
Not at all! Your current points and VIP tier will be saved and transferred to the new system. Everything will be waiting for you when we relaunch on June 1.
What if I have a reward that’s about to expire during the pause?
Any discount code based rewards redeemed prior to 05/01/25 will work normally until they expire. However, free product rewards will not be available or redeemable furing the offline period.
Will I need to re-enroll in the new VIP Pearl Club?
Nope! If you’re already a member, you’ll be automatically transitioned into the new program, no extra steps required!
