Please be advised when adding the "Hold My Pearls" item to the cart it initiates an agreement between the customer and Its Pearl Time, LLC detailing the terms for temporarily holding customers pearls upon checkout the agreement has been entered.
The consultant will hold all requested "hold my pearls" for the customer to set (place in jewelry) at a later date OR until the customer requests a "Pearl Cashout". Customers can request a Pearl Cashout at any time and the consultant will then send ALL held pearls to the customer. Please be advised once a Pearl Cashout is initiated the consultant is REQUIRED to send ALL pearls held prior to the initiation of a Pearl Cashout.
During this time, the Consultant the order was placed with has a documented responsibility to take care of your pearls while in their possession and ensure their safety. Consultants will not do anything with the pearls other than what is agreed upon in this agreement without your written permission, and will maintain a record of the actions they take while they have them.
Rest assured, consultants are responsible for any loss or damage to the pearls caused by them during this period.
By typing your name below and/or adding this item to your cart and continuing through the checkout process you agree, you understand and give us permission to temporarily hold your pearls for the above stated purpose.
