How often can I host a Party?

Pearl Time Hosts are allowed to host a party once every 30 days.

Can I use my Host Rewards towards a Starter Kit?

Yes absolutely.

What jewelry can I use my Host Rewards on?

Host Rewards can be used site-wide and will provide an overall discount on your entire order. Host Rewards cannot be used on items that are already discounted.

Can I customize the Pearls in my Host Exclusive jewelry?

Pearls can be customized for your earned Exclusive Host Jewelry if the customized pearls are supplied to Pearl Time within 7 business days of the closing of your party. If no pearls are provided, your jewelry will be automatically set with natural pearl colors.

When do the Host Rewards change?

To keep things fresh, we update our host rewards every two months begining on January 1st.

Can I host a party if am also a Pearl Time Consultant?

No, as a Pearl Time Consultant you are not eligible to Host Parties under your store or any other consultant's store.

Will receive any rewards if my Host Party doesn't reach $250 in sales?

No, the minimum sales threshold for earning Host Rewards in $250 in sales (excluding shipping and sales tax).

Can I get complimenaty Oysters, Pearls, or Gemstones when using my rewards?

No, using your Host Credits or Host Discount when making a purchase will negate your ability to receive complimentary Oysters, Pearls, or Gemstones with your purchase.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn in rewards?

Yes, after your party reaches $2,550 in sales (before shipping and tax) you will no longer earn any further Host Credit Rewards. Reaching $2,550 in sales (before shipping and tax) for your party will earn you a $650 Host Credit Reward.

* For every $100 over $1,250 add $25 in Host Credit rewards. Earning limits capped at $2,550 in party sales. Rewards are calculated based on Party Sales before shipping and sales tax. Booking Bonus Rewards only earned if the referred party reaches a minimum amount of $350 in sales before shipping and sales tax. Multi-Host Rewards are only earned on consecutive monthly parties reaching a minimum amount of $500 in sales before shipping and sales tax.

** Earned Host Rewards cannot be applied towards New Arrivals, Games, Oyster Trays, Pearl Drop Trays, Hybrid Trays, Sale Items. Host Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Host Credit is earned as store credit and cannot be exchanged for cash. Host Discount codes are valid for 30 days from the date earned.
