For issues occuring 90 days after date of purchase, customer will be responsible for shipping the item to Pearl Time for any repairs or replacements.

We offer a limited 30-day warranty on all of our pendant chains. If within 30 days you experience any deffects or breaks with your chain you are eligible for an exchange.
