How do I care for my Pearl Time jewelry?
Pearl Time recommends removing your jewelry before going to bed for the evening or participating in any strenuous activites. You should only use a soft polishing cloth to wipe down your jewelry setting. Refrain from fully submerging your jewelry settings in water. Apply any perfumes, lotions, or hair sprays before putting on your jewelry items.
What is Pearl Time's pearl warranty?
Pearl Time provides a lifetime warranty on the Pearls and Gemstone provided for your jewelry. If you notice any issues pertaining to the pearl or gemstone, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@itspearltime.com and we would be happy to assist you. For issues occuring 90 days after date of purchase, customer will be responsible for shipping the item to Pearl Time for any repairs or replacements.
What is Pearl Time's jewelry warranty?
Pearl Time offers a limited 90-day warranty on all of our jewelry settings. If within 90 days you experience any defects or breaks with your jewelry you are eligible for an exchange. We offer a limited 30-day warranty on all of our pendant chains. If within 30 days you experience any deffects or breaks with your chain you are eligible for an exchange. Please reach out to our support team at customerservice@itspearltime.com and we'd be happy to assist you.
How often can I host a party?
Pearl Time Hosts are allowed to host a party once every calendar month.
What can I use my Host Credit Rewards on?
Earned Host Credit Rewards can be used on any jewelry setting or on Single Oyster Openings or Single Pearl Drops. Host Credits cannot be used on any items that are already offered at a discount (such as Oyster and Pearl Drop Trays), or items marked as "Excluded from Sitewide Promotions." Host Credit Rewards also cannot be used in combination with any other discount codes or ongoing promotions.
What can I use my Host Discount Reward on?
Earned Host Discount Rewards can be used on any item that is not already offered at a discount (such as Oyster and Pearl Drop Trays), or items marked as "Excluded from Sitewide Promotions." Host Discount Rewards also cannot be used in combination with any other discount codes or ongoing promotions.
Can I get complimentary Oysters, Pearls, or Gemstones when checking out with my Host Rewards?
No, using your Host Credit Reward or Host Discount Reward when making a purchase will negate your ability to receive complimentary Oysters, Pearls, or Gemstones with your purchase.
Can I customize the Pearls in Exclusive Host Jewelry?
Pearls can be customized for your earned Exclusive Host Jewelry if the customized pearls are supplied to Pearl Time within 7 business days of the closing of your party. If no pearls are provided, your jewelry will be automatically set with natural pearl colors.
When do Host Rewards change?
To keep things fresh, we update our Host Rewards program bi-monthly begining on January 1st.
Will I receive any rewards if my party does not reach at least $250 in sales?
No, the minimum sales threshold to begin earning Host Rewards is $250 in party sales (excluding shipping and sales tax).
Is there a limit to how much I can earn in Host Rewards?
Yes, after your party reaches $2,550 in sales (excluding shipping and tax) you will no longer earn any further Host Credit Rewards. By reaching $2,550 in party sales you will earn a $650 Host Credit Reward as well as all Milestone Rewards.
Can I return my item?
Due to the custom nature of our jewelry settings, all sales are final upon shipment and returns are not allowed except in the case of defective or damaged items.
When supplying my own pearls, how soon must they be sent?
If you are providing the pearls for you order, they must be sent in and received at Pearl Time within 30 days of your order being placed. If you pearls are not received within 30 days, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can obly be canceled for a refund if it has yet to be shipped. We recommend canceling your order as soon as possible to prevent any issues from occuring.
Why haven't I receive my points yet?
Please allow for a full 24 hours for our system to calculate and award your points for any purchases, actions, or referrals.
Why didn't I receive my birthday points?
Ensure you have input your birth date into the form on the VIP Pearl Club page. Birthday points will be awarded annually on your birthdate. Birthday points will not be awarded to new profiles that are less than 30 days old.
I made a purchase without being logged in, can I still receive my points?
We cannot go back an add points to your account for purchases made while not logged in. Please ensure you are logged in to the correct account before making purchases if you like to earn points. Multiple accounts cannot be merged together to combine points.
How long are VIP Discount codes valid?
VIP Pearl Club discount codes are valid for use up to 30 days after the date of redemption. Afterwards, your code will expire and the used points will not be refunded to your account.
How long do my pearl points last?
Pearl points are valid for 90 calendar days, starting at the date earned. You will receive notifications via email about upcoming point expirations.
Can I customize the pearls in VIP Jewelry?
No, we do not allow pearl customization for VIP jewelry items. VIP jewelry items will be automatically set with natural colored pearls.
Can I use a Discount Code while a Sitewide sale is active?
No, when an automatic sitewide sale is active, other discount codes cannot be used on a cart containing items that qualify for the active sitewide sale.
How do Pearly Deals work?
Pearly Deals are automatic ongoing discounts that will be applied to any qualifying purchase. These deals cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes. If you apply a discount code on top an existing Pearly Deal, your discount code will be used instead of the Pearl Deal promotion.

What can I use VIP Pearl Club discounts on?
VIP Pearl Club discounts can only be used on jewelry settings, single oysters, or pearl drops. VIP Pearl Club discounts cannot be used on any items displaying the "New" badge, items that are already discount (such as Oyster Trays and Pearl Drop Trays) or items marked with "Excluded from Sitewide Promotions."
How long are VIP Pearl Club discounts valid?
VIP Pearl Club discount codes are valid for use up to 30 days after the date of redemption. Afterwards, your code will expire and the used points will not be refunded to your account.
What can I use my Game Rewards on?
Pearl Time Game rewards vary from game to game, please consult the game in which your reward came from to determine what collection the reward may be used on. As with all other discount codes, Game Rewards may not be used in combination with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or on any items marked with "Excluded from Sitewide Promotions"
How long are Game Rewards valid?
Earned discount codes from any Pearl Time Game is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
What can I use Pearl Cash on?
Pearl Cash discounts can only be used on jewelry settings, single oysters, or pearl drops. Pearl Cash discounts cannot be used on any items that are already discount (such as Oyster Trays and Pearl Drop Trays) or items marked with "Excluded from Sitewide Promotions."
How long is Pearl Cash valid?
Pearl Cash is valid for 30 days from the date your consultant created the Pearl Cash discount, check with your consultant to see what that date was so you know when you need to use your discount by.
What items are not valid with any discounts?
Any product that is offered at a special price (i.e. Games, Oyster Trays, Pearl Drop Trays, Experience Kits), or items that are marked with "Excluded from Sitewide Promotions" cannot be discount by use of any discount codes or Pearly Deal.
