Pearl Time provides a lifetime warranty on the Pearls and Gemstone provided for your jewelry. For issues occuring 90 days after date of purchase, customer will be responsible for shipping the item to Pearl Time for any repairs or replacements.

We offer a limited 30-day warranty on all of our pendant chains. If within 30 days you experience any deffects or breaks with your chain you are eligible for an exchange.
