You should only use a soft polishing cloth to wipe down your jewelry setting. Refrain from fully submerging your jewelry settings in water. Apply any perfumes, lotions, or hair sprays before putting on your jewelry items.

Pearl Time provides a lifetime warranty on the Pearls and Gemstone provided for your jewelry. If you notice any issues pertaining to the pearl or gemstone, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@itspearltime.com and we would be happy to assist you. For issues occuring 90 days after date of purchase, customer will be responsible for shipping the item to Pearl Time for any repairs or replacements.

Pearl Time offers a limited 90-day warranty on all of our jewelry settings. If within 90 days you experience any defects or breaks with your jewelry you are eligible for an exchange. We offer a limited 30-day warranty on all of our pendant chains. If within 30 days you experience any deffects or breaks with your chain you are eligible for an exchange. Because each of our items is custom-made and uniquely crafted to your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defects. We take great care in ensuring every piece meets our quality standards before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@itspearltime.com within [7] days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We want you to love your purchase, and we are happy to assist if there is any problem with your order.

Pearl Time is happy to provide free shipping on domestic United States orders totaling $85 USD or more (excluding shipping and taxes). We also provide free shipping to Canada on orders totaling $200 USD or more (excluding shipping and taxes).

In addition, we also offer a 24 hour free shipping timeline. Once an order is placed with paid shipping, any additional orders placed within 24 hours will receive free shipping.
