Apply any perfumes, lotions, or hair sprays before putting on your jewelry items.

Pearl Time provides a lifetime warranty on the Pearls and Gemstone provided for your jewelry. If you notice any issues pertaining to the pearl or gemstone, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@itspearltime.com and we would be happy to assist you. For issues occuring 90 days after date of purchase, customer will be responsible for shipping the item to Pearl Time for any repairs or replacements.

Pearl Time offers a limited 90-day warranty on all of our jewelry settings. If within 90 days you experience any defects or breaks with your jewelry you are eligible for an exchange. We offer a limited 30-day warranty on all of our pendant chains. If within 30 days you experience any deffects or breaks with your chain you are eligible for an exchange. Because each of our items is custom-made and uniquely crafted to your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defects.
